FAQ

What do I do when I arrive for my appointment?

As a courtesy to my schedule and other guests, as well as avoiding standing in the cold, please stay in your car and wait for Me to let you know that I will meet you at the door.  There isn't a large waiting area, and the doors are locked 24/7. 

What payments do you accept?

cash or credit cards. No Venmo or checks accepted.

for virtual consultations I will send you an invoice where you can pay with credit card. 

May I bring a guest with me?

I know this can be an inconvenience but I am asking no guests/visitors/children attend your appointment or there will be a rescheduling fee and you will be rescheduled. 

what is your cancellation policy?

To avoid fees I ask that you give a minimum 72 hours notice. 

Scheduling is completely custom to each appointment. any cancellation less than 72 hours have less opportunity to be filled.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

All services including consults: Please come with at least one day clean hair, free of styling products at the root.

Application/color appt days:

feel free to bring snacks or drinks. please bring a water bottle with a straw (less head tilting)

feel free to bring a book, laptop(free wifi), iPad, headphones. 

Or you can Catch up on a show on my tv. or feel free to sit in silence and relax!

Appointments are pretty quiet as I focus and perfect your look!

What products should I be using on my hair extensions?

I only use the best products and tools. 

I will only recommend Goldie Locks hair care products.

It is a luxury hair extension specific hair care line, and the only products I can guarantee the longevity of your investment.

anything used from olaplex, amazon or in a grocery store will void your warranty.

Are you taking new color only guests?

I am really sorry I am not accepting new color only guests. I have many referrals if you would like to email me and I can point you in the right direction!

What If something happens after I leave my appointment?

Things do happen. please visit my booking site and book according so that I can fix the issue. fees may apply depending on the situation. please email me if you have any questions or concerns.

What if I don't know what to schedule?

please do not randomly pick a service and book an appointment.

Each service has a description and different time hold. If you are booking color and extensions, you would pick a color service and then add your extension service, so that way my system can find the right appointment gap to accommodate you.
